Job Title: Project Controller

Location: Glascoed, South Wales- We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role

Salary: £40,049.00

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the project manage and delivery of substantive programmes within Land UK
  • Engage with multi-discipline teams and subject matter expert to ensure programme/project delivery
  • Track status of programme Cost, Quality and Schedule
  • Stakeholder management internal/external
  • Reporting of Key Performance Indicators for area of responsibility
  • Prepare/compile reporting as required by the Engineering Delivery Lead and the programme

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Relevant project control experience
  • Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft packages and SAP (or equivalent). Good knowledge of Microsoft Project and general Project Management theory
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail a key requirement

Desirable:

  • Experience of working with stakeholders across multiple functions and grade structures, and facilitating/influencing decision making at these levels
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to the audience

Our Team:

To support the Engineering Delivery Lead in the management and delivery of substantive programmes within Land UK Engineering as required. This will include updating activities, budget management and managing reporting mechanisms for the current contract and supporting the transition to the follow-on 15-year contract. Facilitating the adoption of any new processes or operating models defined by the Engineering Delivery Lead as part of the transition within Land UK Business.

This role is fundamental to supporting the Engineering delivery solution, enabling a major shift from the current capability approach to an output based contract, whilst ensuring Land UK delivers on its contractual requirements.
