Prospectus is delighted to be working with a trust to recruit a Project Coordinator. This role will be essential in supporting the organisation in delivering the promised funding to local areas across England by the 2026 deadline. The position is being offered on an 18-month fixed term contract basis.
This role can be offered on a fully remote or partially remote basis, with monthly team meetings in the office and travel for work which is remunerated.

It will entail bringing people together, arranging meetings, networking and learning events and building productive relationships with stakeholders and partners who deliver work on behalf of the Trust. This person will also work closely with the communications team to ensure the network is aware of the support on offer to assist them in meeting the deadlines required for effective delivery of the programe by the 2026 deadline.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supporting busy service delivery teams in the charity sector. This person will be highly organised, a great listener and communicator and will also have a good understanding of the charity sector and the needs of community driven initiatives. They will have excellent written skills, strong research and planning, and a track record in meeting tight deadlines and team objectives. It will be useful if this person has experience of dealing with managing service contracts and they will be familiar with using databases (such as Salesforce) and various MS Office IT packages whilst being adept at prioritizing multiple pieces of work to achieve set goals. Highly numerate and a good eye for detail will be important in this role. This experience will be underpinned by being a great team player with a genuine interest in the work of Local Trust and the specific aims and objectives of the Big Local programme.
