Full Time - Office based - Mon - Fri
Salary Starting form GBP25,000 open to negation based on experience.
Due to expansion, a new role has become available for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the team of a growing engineering company in Bury St Edmunds.
The Project Coordinator will work with the wider project teams to develop and manage successful and timely delivery of projects.
Project Coordinator,you will support the Product Owner with daily administrative tasks that support the process customer base. You will also be responsible for the administrative documentation supporting the process.
Project Coordinator role, you can expect to:
- Be responsible for the administrative documentation supporting the process.
- Monitor and provide assistance to customers.
- Support the Product Owner with any additional tasks.
- Manage project plans on major projects (cost, and resource loaded is preferred)
- Produce commentary on changes to project plans, managing critical path and forward loading.
- To support the creation and tracking of internal planning processes and work instructions
- To ensure that all reports are accurate, produced in a timely manner.
- To plan and forecast utilisation of labour within the company.
- Successful in identifying any project deviations.
You will also require the following.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite of products
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Project management skills
- A methodical, detailed approach.
- An understanding of infrastructure projects, how they are designed, constructed, and commissioned would be beneficial but not essential.
- Able to accurately define project programmes.
- Must demonstrate attention to detail
