Project Coordinator
This is an exciting new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a company based in Burgess Hill on a full time, permanent basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days a week from home). Due to the location, you must be a driver. There is free on-site parking.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Maintaining accurate records of contractor documentation such as invoices and orders
- Responding to telephone and email enquires efficiently
- Creating and updating project documentation, including project trackers, reports, and project plans
- Assisting in the development of project schedules
- Arranging access to buildings and project sites for contractors and engineers
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Providing admin support to the team, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining project files
To be successful for this position, you must be a strong communicator with a firm and polite telephone manner. You must have experience of scheduling and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
