We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator/Coordinator to join our clients projects team. The Project Administrator/Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects across multiple sites and would have previous experience managing multiple projects ideally within a built environment.

This role for a project administrator requires exceptional communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple sites.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders across different locations.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
Site Management:
Coordinate site-specific requirements, such as permits, equipment, and supplies.
Collaborate with site managers to address site-specific challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
Communication and Reporting:
Serve as the main point of contact for project teams, clients, and stakeholders across multiple sites.
Facilitate regular project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
Prepare and present project status reports to management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and recommendations.
Resource Allocation:
Coordinate with various teams to ensure adequate allocation of resources across different sites.
Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for optimization to achieve project goals efficiently.
Risk Management:Identify and assess project risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.Implement proactive measures to minimize project risks and resolve issues promptly. Monitor and report on project performance indicators to track risk exposure and overall project success.
Expertise of the project coordinator:
Proven experience in project coordination within an intelligent building control, built environment, energy/building management or lighting controls market place.
Additionally you would have managed medium sized projects across multiple sites and be prepared to travel with the occasional overnight stay.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
