Description As a Hybrid Project Administrator your responsibilities will include: Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams Coordinate project schedules and meetings Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Assist in the preparation of project proposals, and time frames Participate in project review meetings and perform administrative follow-ups Profile A successful Hybrid Project Administrator should have: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Previous administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Job Offer Competitive hourly wage ranging from £12.50 - £14 per hour Modern and accessible workplace location in Burgess Hill Hybrid working arrangements
