SalaryOur client is a thriving Learning & Development training provider, due to ongoing success they are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join a growing team. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of programmes, monitoring planning, design mobilisation and evaluation. Programme Management/Project Management experience is essential, ideally gained in a training / L & D setting. You will be IT savvy, with an analytical mindset.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, initially fully office based, moving to hybrid after 3-6 months. Own transport is essential due to the location.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Deliver and coordinate clear and accurate communication of programme requirements and deadlines using Monday.com project plans
- Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding programme requirements e.g. venues and itineraries
- Anticipating and addressing resource gaps ensuring project continuity
- Organising and coordinating commercial data, in line with operational systems, ensuring accurate PO invoicing
ABOUT YOU
- IT savvy, ideally experienced with using Monday.com or similar
- Project Management / Programme Manager experience
- Analytical with high problem-solving skills
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and deadline-focused
