Supplying Pack to Outer aggregation for Clear Wrap and Non-Clear Wrap cartoned bundles, and Outer to Master Case aggregation and labelling, Our Tobacco Tracking and Tracing systems are ready to meet the demands of EUTPD and the WHO FCTC.
The role:
The successful candidate will be working alongside all members of the track and trace team, ensuring projects are running smoothly and efficiently. They will be getting involved in process and continuous improvement alongside stratigising with the Operations Manager to grow the service and support element of the business, hoping to at least double the revenue in this segment. They will also have the opportunity to be apart of the ERP overhaul and get some great exposure to supply chains in the manufacturing machinery industry.
What we need from you:
Essential:
A degree or time served equivalent in business management, project management or engineering
Natural self starter, eager to problem solve and able to use initiative to keep processes as smooth as possible
A great understanding of a process environment
Able to throw themselves into a task and help out where needed in other areas of the team
Desirable:
Engineering background with project experience
An understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
