Join our team in London as a Project Coordinator in the AsstrA Project Logistics Department!
Main responsibilities:
- To support commercial and technical offers preparation. To coordinate a seamless cargo flow from contractual origin to destination.
- Ensure that all transportation and freight expenditures are implemented prior to actual movements.
- To implement working procedures in conjunction with IP’s adopted shipping, consolidation and logistics strategy.
- To verify and evaluate the technical suitability of the proposed method of transport. In addition, identify the Required-On-Site (ROS) date for the material and equipment released for shipment.
- To attend project progress meetings, meetings at the client's, seller’s / supplier’s facilities when requested by the Project.
Our expectations:
- 3+ years of experience in Project Logistics;
- Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry;
- knowledge of Project Cargo transportation;
- Exceptional problem solving skills;
- Proactive approach;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team.
