We are on the lookout for quality driven, analytical and knowledgeable individuals, who will support the delivery team to create innovative, measurable and practical EDI interventions for our wide range of clients.
Due to our increasing portfolio of clients, we are looking to grow the enabling team and want fantastic people to be part of it.
We have one role available in our fully remote team and seek individuals who have worked in a HR coordination, business administration or a project support role. You will play a crucial role within the business, ensuring that our Delivery team and wider business are equipped with the appropriate content, business information and project plans to give our clients a brilliant service. You will also play a role in working with our clients, so experience of engaging a range of stakeholders is essential.
Our Enabling team work collaboratively, able to adapt to the constantly changing demands of our clients, and are excellent at communicating in a clear, open and transparent way. It makes them great at supporting the wider business and we are seeking someone who is motivated to enable others.

Our client base is varied, from smaller organisations right up to global blue-chip companies. The stakeholders themselves are often C-suite level, through to HR and the wider business. We offer our clients a wide range of services that reach across the entire employee life cycle including coaching and mentoring, inclusive recruitment, audits and surveys.
What is like to work here as Project Coordinator?
Our work is fast paced, no two days are the same, and we seek people who are confident and capable of managing a busy schedule with often competing demands, never compromising on quality for our clients.
We need you to have contributed to project planning, have created a variety of content such as training packs, PowerPoint slide decks and executive summary reports, and confident research a broad range of EDI topics to support content creation. You must have a keen eye for detail and can produce professional documents.
You will be willing and able to travel occasionally, both in the UK and abroad, to work with our clients face to face, and we have a robust expenses policy to support you.
