Optimove are seeking a Project Delivery Lead to lead the technical customer onboarding for new customers of our Opti-X personalization platform, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to development/integration and then to production. This position will act as the Delivery Lead for all development tasks needed for customer implementation through collaboration with the project management function & development teams. This will involve defining project scopes, goals & deliverables that align with customer requirements. Alongside this, the Project Delivery Lead will work closely with technical teams to understand and address the complexities of integrating new customer systems and requirements into our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments to project progress, facilitating problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels (both internal and external), providing regular updates on project status, risks, and potential delays.
  • Maintain and improve the efficiency of the development process, promoting continuous improvement in practices and tools.
  • Ensure the team adheres to agile methodology and continuously refine our processes to better suit project needs and customer expectations.
  • Line management for engineers working in the onboarding team

Key Requirements:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile project management certification.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a technology or software development environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering technical projects, especially in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and lean principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders' expectations and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in optimising processes and implementing efficiency improvements
  • Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, AzureDevops).
