Our client are looking for a Project Manager to join their Central Banking projects team, providing project management support across one of their esteemed Banking & Finance accounts.
Job Description
As a member of the Central team, you may be dedicated to one account or work on multiple accounts, depending on requirements. You may also be involved in one of the internal improvement projects, helping us build the projects delivery mechanisms for the future.
You will be an experienced and driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful projects. As a highly motivated individual, you will work with our client's team of experts to develop and implement their innovative project delivery model across thier prestigious accounts.
As a Project Manager, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from design and specification, implementation and delivery to documentation, supply chain management, and handover and warranty management.
You'll play a key role in developing and reporting project pipeline progress, working closely with the wider Banking team to ensure successful project delivery.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and client stakeholders, providing critical oversight of project resources to maintain profitability while ensuring the highest levels of project delivery capability.
You'll be a natural problem solver, with a talent for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving organic growth, and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a project delivery model on the account based on forecasted customer pipeline
- Full lifecycle management from Project implementation, delivery, documentation, supply chain to handover & warranty management
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and client stakeholders
- Manage project resource levels on the account to maintain profitability whilst providing a project delivery capability
- Support the account with new business opportunities, and organic growth where projects are not currently delivered
- Oversee the development of concept designs to achieve the target budget and technical solutions
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Project Management Experience in M&E / Fabric - in either the Facilities Management or Construction sectors
- Proven track record in high class delivery
- Knowledge of key operational procedures, e.g., project planning, requirements for planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety
- Full knowledge of information technology, Microsoft 365, etc
- Excellent communicator in both spoken and written word
