Senior It Project Manager

Your new role

• Deliver professional Agile project management services, overseeing successful development sprints and bridging the gap between development teams and stakeholders.
• Lead and execute critical strategic assignments, managing project activities such as planning, governance, reporting, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery and deployment for work packages that enhance our in-house flagship product incrementally.
• Contribute to and co-own the broader programme delivery plan for the solutions you're involved in.
• Engage with the executive board and customers as part of the project leadership group during the delivery process.
• Handle multiple development streams of varying sizes and timelines, meeting strict deadlines effectively.
• Play a pivotal role in the Dynamics delivery team, overseeing select squads and enhancing their competence and efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficiently manage large-scale, intricate product development and delivery teams using Agile methodologies.
• Possess an expert grasp of Agile values and principles.
• Extensive experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Successfully oversee delivery for teams comprising more than 20 members.
• Skilled in end-to-end Release Management.
• Competent in 3rd party vendor management and governance, utilising Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint management
• Would be desirable to have experience in Microsoft Dynamic and/or Power Platform
