About the role.

As our Project Delivery Manager, you are all about crafting exceptional experiences for our clients.

You'll be the driving force behind the seamless management and delivery of our projects and ad-hoc campaigns across paid and organic social platforms.

Your main goal? Making sure every piece of work we produce not only meets but surpasses our clients' expectations. That means you'll be the one building strong client relationships, guiding our talented team at Hydrogen, and ensuring every project runs like clockwork from start to finish!

  • Creating and managing project plans and timelines.
  • Serving as the primary contact for clients throughout project lifecycles, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Managing project budgets from start to finish.
  • Providing regular reports on campaign performance and offering recommendations to clients, including web analysis and KPI evaluation.
  • Translating client briefs or business challenges into internal briefs, aligning business problems with social marketing objectives.
  • Playing a significant role in the discovery phase, ensuring thorough questioning to align client goals with proposed activities in content and advertising.
  • Leading or contributing to pitch and proposal creation for individual projects.
  • Assisting with accurate invoicing for all activities.
  • Generating case studies for projects with exceptional results to support pitches, website content, and potential award submissions.
  • Offering support and coaching to junior team members to aid their professional growth.
