Project Engineer

Due to a brand new contract award of a £80m commercial and residential project there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to take the technical lead from pre construction stage through to operational delivery . You will be working alongside knowledgeable, professional, and supportive construction professionals who will provide you with the environment in which you can thrive and progress your career.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for taking the technical lead of the project.

The company are a multi-disciplinary principal contractor with a solid track record of delivering high quality sustainable builds across infrastructure, industrial, build to rent, student accommodation, commercial, retail & leisure.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• The successful candidate must have a career history and track record of Site Engineering and a Senior Engineer / Project Engineer roles within a tier 1 contractor environment and have worked on large sizeable construction and infrastructure projects.
• BEng, BSc Civil Engineering and relevant industry tickets and certificates.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate site teams to work to strict build programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
• Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
• Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.

Salary & Package on offer:

• Salary between £70,000 - £75,000
