Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and enhance team efficiency.
Experience Required:
- HND Higher or Equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the electrical engineering or switchgear industry.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical design principles and switchgear systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
