Job Title: Project Engineer Manager (Electrical Manufacturing)

Working Model / Location: On-Site

Salary + Benefits: £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits DOE

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues throughout the project lifecycle.
•  Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and enhance team efficiency.

Experience Required:

• HND Higher or Equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the electrical engineering or switchgear industry.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical design principles and switchgear systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
