We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer, with a focus on developing and overseeing the manufacturing process of industrial machinery. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the success of our projects from conception to completion.

As a Project Engineer you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project success.
• Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the design and manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Identify and address potential challenges and roadblocks, implementing effective solutions.
• Monitor project progress, report on key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

The successful Project Engineer will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer within the industrial machinery sector.
• Strong understanding of design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to project challenges.
