What I’m responsible for


The role will support the project managers within the team with various tasks to ensure the successful planning and execution of our projects. Our projects are based around team and individual leadership and behavioural development.

What does the average day look like?

The team works with customers to develop their leadership capability. We market our core leadership programmes, as well designing bespoke programmes to develop talent, and support succession planning. With many exciting leadership and behavioural development projects being delivered to over 4000 delegates, a typical day could involve supporting the team by creating supporting media for our catalogue, training materials, presentations and producing management information.


What essential skills and experiences are required?

In this dynamic role, we're on the lookout for a candidate with a diverse skill set that includes a demonstrable experience in designing, developing and publishing effective training and development materials, using a variety of design software packages, such as (but not limited to) Sharepoint, Adobe Indesign and Adobe Illustrator. Excellent attention to detail and quality driven approach to working. Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. . We encourage individuals who have attained an HND/HNC or a similar educational standard to apply, recognizing the importance of a well-rounded academic background. This role is a full-time opportunity, but flexible working patterns will be considered.

Location: The Quadrant:MK

For roles based at The Quadrant you must live withing 75 mins.

Closing date: 18th March 2024 On occasions, we may need to close the advert early based upon application volumes. Late applications may not be accepted. Interviews will be held W/C TBC, depending on business requirements.

Band & Salary: Band 5 £24,000 - £29,486. Depending on experience.
