Project Management Coordinator

Copello are proudly working with a luxury yacht manufacturer in the search for a Project Management Coordinator to join their Norwich site, to support the Project Management team.

The Project Management Coordinator’ key responsibilities include:

• Attend daily and weekly yacht build meetings
• Run the Project Management tool and keep build plan up to date
• Support with contractors and suppliers and place purchase requisitions
• Work with the Project Management team to fully prepare for client meetings and act as front of house
• Keep and manage all documentation for client and Project Management up to date and facilitate the completion of handover paperwork

Required skills for the Project Management Coordinator:

• A good understanding of yacht production
• Competent user of Microsoft Office software
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients
• Project administration or coordination experience

This is a permanent role offering a salary of £30,000- £35,000 depending on experience.
