If your experience within a Marketing Agency has been the management and production of 3dimensional cardboard displays from conception to completion, this could be the ideal role for you.
We are looking for an experienced Project/ Account Manager to join our established team based on-site within the client environment. You will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the processes involved from the creative brief through the prototype phase, into production.
Responsibilities:
- managing the creative brief taking process i.e. taking briefs from the customer and briefing them into our creative and artwork studio’s at head office.
- manage the approval process including provision of 3D prototypes.
- once visuals are approved, manage the print and logistics instructions with our production team and supply chain team.
- be responsible for day to day job tracking, raising estimates, commercials of jobs, creating critical paths.
- reporting to the Group Account Director - candidates must be mature and confident working directly with the customer on a day to day basis.
- excellent customer service skills and communication skills are required.
It’s 5 days per week with potential to work one day from home (on a Friday).
