Project Manager (HR)
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge in a dynamic environment? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join a team for a company wide Workday HR Implementation Project.
The position is based in London (2-3 days per week onsite and remainder of the week remotely)
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects within our organisation. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, managing resources, defining project scope and deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile initiatives and drive impactful change within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and deliverables.
- Manage resources and budgets.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Track project progress and report on key metrics.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Ensure projects adhere to established methodologies and standards.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management delivering Workday HR implementation projects (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
