This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the project delivery a leading manufacturer who Design, Manufacture, supply and install a unique range of steelwork packages to a number of tier one contractors.

This family run company have a long legacy dominating the internal balustrade and handrail manufacturing industry generating an impressive turnover. Specialising in the design, manufacture and install to Balustrades for tier one contractors working on their commercial and residential projects. This company have ambitious plans for nationwide expansion and aims to double its turnover and have also expanded their client offerings opening a new bespoke division within the business. To facilitate this growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in an expanding sub-contractor.
On offer is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated Project Manager to join a rapidly expanding sub-contractor where you will work with reputable tier 1 clients in an autonomous role where you will demonstrate your expertise within a dynamic company.
Reporting to the Operations director you will be tasked with the smooth delivery of projects from project award through to completion. You will produce a schedule of works, co ordinating sub contract labour and managing material procurement. Liaising with clients to ensure safe site set up ensuring health and safety is being adhered to. Throughout the construction .phase you will oversee Site Managers to ensure build is to program and budget.
It is imperative that you have a strong Construction background with either a main or sub-contractor within the construction industry. You will need to have good Project Management skills working on multiple projects.
