Join a leading international marketing and communications agency as a Project Manager. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic company known for pushing the limits of design and delivering exceptional business results. The successful candidate will be part of a forward-thinking team, with the opportunity to work on large-scale, complex exhibitions.
Main duties:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of projects from inception to completion.
- Produce estimates, negotiate and refine budgets for/with contactors.
- Provide site management support and lead a team, handle commercial management, and ensure quality control.
- Manage budgets, client accounts and timelines effectively.
- Communicate with clients, team members, and all stakeholders to ensure project success.
- National and international travel will be a key aspect of the role.
Key requirements:
- Demonstrable (3-5 years') 'fit out' experience in delivering £1m+ complex and large-scale projects from brief to execution within the trade show sector.
- Flexibility for remote working, with a requirement to be office-based in West London for a minimum of three days a week.
- Comprehensive understanding of global trade show sector elements such as stand build, venue services, rigging, lighting, audio-visual, furniture, catering, and graphics.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and budgeting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (ideal).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM) (desirable).
Salary & package:
- Salary between £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
