§ Main Focal point for delivery of all aspects of the project.
§ Manage day-to-day operational requirements of the project.
§ Work closely with the client and teams to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project.
§ Ensure Oceaneering provide sufficient competent personnel to deliver the scopes.
§ Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives, keeping track of KPI’s.
§ Assist in creation of annual budgets, proposals and CTR’s as required.
§ Support regular HSE and Technical audits.
NON-ESSENTIAL
§ Facilitate and develop continuous improvement.
§ Assist in development of personnel within the project.
§ Attend Management meetings / visits.
§ Carry out appraisals of personnel.
§ Collate all contract timesheets for billing purposes.
§ Experience in effectively leading and managing a project.
§ Previous experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
§ Previous experience within the NDT Industry.
§ Must be familiar with QA / QC systems and procedures, service quality and customer satisfaction.
§ Experience in financial control and budgets.
§ Ability to supervise and lead project teams of multi-disciplined professionals.
§ Ability to communicate effectively.
§ Good understanding or Word and Excel.
§ Full UK Driving license.
§ Valid NDT Qualification.
§ Understanding of Rope Access
§ Previous Offshore experience
