Position Overview: Seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee projects within our renowned Product Life Cycle framework. From project inception to full-scale production, you'll manage scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources with precision and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project management fundamentals within the Product Life Cycle.


• Deliver on business opportunity project mandates.


• Lead and inspire teams to achieve timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives and prioritize tasks.


• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to cost targets.


• Maintain stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism.


• Work collaboratively with engineering, sales, operations, and quality teams to bring solutions to fruition.


• Assist in department KPI preparation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.


• Perform occasional client and supplier visits as needed.

Requirements:

• Formal qualification in project management or relevant experience.


• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects in fast-paced manufacturing settings.


• Preferably holds an engineering degree or equivalent.


• Experience in electrical/electromechanical/motion control systems is advantageous.


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficient in MRP systems and computer literate.


• Self-motivated with a dynamic approach to team motivation.


• Possesses a full UK driving license and passport (preferable).
