Job Title: Project Management Administrator

Salary rate: £25k-28k (£31k-£35k FTE), subject to experience

Location: Harrogate office/Work from home

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 3pm

The Role:

Xenonex requires a skilled Project Management Administrator, of graduate calibre, to support continued growth of the business. The Responsibilities

· Overview and coordination of all programmes.

· Client and Delegate first line communication.

· Preparation and distribution of course materials.

· Liaison internally with Xenonex team, associates and assessors.

· Admin maintenance of all internal systems, including the Xenonex Online Academy

· PA duties for the MD, including diary management, presentation design and proof reading

· Highly Competent with technology, including Powerpoint, Word, CRM and other software

· Attention to detail for activities such as proof reading

· Self-motivated and able to work on their own for periods of time

· A positive and proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
