We are searching for a Lifecycle Project Manager in Rotherham to work on an account managing local schools. As Project Manager you will gain detailed knowledge of the contract portfolio and commercial objectives. Who are we looking for?
- Significant experience in a project management
- Suitable knowledge of building fabric/ mechanical and electrical refurbishment works either at trade or managerial level
- Completed IOSH Managing Safely Training
- Experience of budget and expenditure management
- Salary of up to £45,000

- Creating tender specifications for required refurbishment works at site
- Liasing with the client to identify products and finishes that meet the clients expectations and contractual obligations
- Liasing with local maintenance teams to identify failure
- Work directly with the regional account director to shape and develop the long term Lifecycle plan
- Planning and scheduling works
- Identify suitable suppliers as necessary
- Take the leading role in snagging all works delivered, providing the final approval of completed works
