Job Description
- Leading and managing the technology team.
- Overseeing property projects from conception to completion.
- Ensuring all project goals and objectives are met within the stipulated timeframes.
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Managing project budgets and resources.
- Reporting on project progress and outcomes.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the property industry to inform project decisions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A degree in a related field such as Business or Project Management.
- Proven experience leading a team.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of the property industry.
