Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of projects sold by our sales team and ensuring their successful delivery.
- Procuring all equipment necessary for each project and organizing labor, whether in-house or through subcontractors.
- Providing regular updates to customers and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
- Conducting regular site visits to oversee installations and maintain quality control.
- Managing labour sourcing, the procuring of equipment, and regular updates to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in the fire and security industry, with a strong background in security systems.
- Technical expertise and a firm understanding of systems design and installation processes.
- Any electrical qualifications would be beneficial.
- Leadership qualities, including people management, communication, and customer service skills.
