A rare and exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with a Construction background to join a thriving refurbishment contractor where you will on high quality projects within a growing contractor and have progression to Project Director.

This reputable design and build refurbishment Contractor specialise the refurbishment of prominently student accommodation across the UK working on bespoke joinery packages. Having thrived since being established this company have a clear 5 year growth plan increase turnover to 100M, in order to achieve this they have also started working on Commercial projects as well such as office works. Due to expansion this company are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the business.
In this role you will work on a range of Student Accommodation refurbishment projects across the UK. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget. Reporting to the Construction Director your duties will include creating project programs, organising contractors ensure their work is to high quality and liaising with clients keeping them updated on project progress. You will ensure sites adhere to health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Project Management background with experience working on Refurbishment projects of high rise buildings, Student Accommodation experience would be an added benefit. You will be looking to join a well established contractor where you can progress your career to Project Director.

• Project Manager
• Working on student accommodation refurbishment projects
• Creating Project programs, liaising with external stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget
• Ensuring health and safety on site

The Person

• Project Management experience
• Working on high rise residential refurbishment projects
• SMSTS, first aid
• Full UK Driving License
