Reed are working with a Housing Association who are seeking a Project Managerto provide operational support and leadership within their organisation. They offer housing, care, and support to vulnerable individuals with complex needs throughout London.
The Project Manager will play a key role in managing staff performance, service user welfare, and ensuring a respectful living environment.
Project Manager
- Annual Salary: GBP24,000 + discretionary bonus
- Location: London
- Job Type: Permanent, Part-time (28 hours or 4 days per week)
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide diligent operational management of the project, ensuring compliance with company policies, values, and objectives.
- Lead and manage the project staff team effectively.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet and exceed quality standards.
- Monitor and manage risks, safeguarding, and develop practices with regards to relational security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Significant experience working in and managing in a community setting with adults with complex needs and challenging behaviour, including mental health issues, substance misuse, homelessness, and forensic histories.
- 2-3 years' management experience.
- Ideally hold a relevant qualification such as Qualified Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or a degree related to health and social care, or equivalent.
