Job description
You will work for a leading international retail company, which has been operating for over 100 years. The company remains family-owned and has a presence in over 30 countries.
You will work as a Project Manager within their construction team. As a Project Manager within a property client-side team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing property development projects on behalf of the business. This position involves coordinating various aspects of property development, from planning and design to construction and handover, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will liaise with contractors, and other consultants and will be required to travel to various projects across the UK.
You will receive a competitive basic salary of up to £55000 as well as a company car. The role is split between working in the office with the team, as well as visiting sites and some home working.
