About the role
The main responsibilities of the Project Manager will be to support the project management team in varying internal and external projects as well as employing best business practice approach to documenting and communication.
What you will be working on
Utilising the PRINCE2 methodology to projects as assigned to ensure a seamless handover
Take ownership as the Project Managers of various multi-site customer-facing projects, including but not restricted to, provisioning in-house systems, 3rd party ordering, and liaison with maintainers on site and resolution of technical issues surrounding activation.
Preparation project documents, including Project Initiation Documents, Weekly trackers, Project Plans, Project Gantt’s, Issue Log’s, and Action Log’s.
Coordinating and manage internal projects.
Advising the relevant Project Manager of any activations in jeopardy
Generating ideas to assist in improving processes and procedures to enable maximum operational efficiency. This includes presales support and service activation processes.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintaining a positive and constructive relationship with suppliers.
Identifying any weaknesses in the delivery process and propose solutions.
Other work as assigned by the Head of Project Management as required.

Builds long-term relationships both internally and externally across different cultures.
Establishes creditability with Customers and Partners using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods.
Willingness to think ‘outside the box’.
PRINCE2 foundation (desirable).
