Project Manager / Business Partner - £35 per hour inside ir35 (overtime available) - 12 months (extension highly likely) - Bristol - hybrid working (2 days WFH) - one stage interview - Sector: Aerospace

Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for a Project Manger / Business Partner to help shape the future of Business Operations for a vital team within one of the world's leading aerospace companies.

This is an exciting opportunity to work act as a central point for the key team.

To be involved with functional aspect of engineering, making sure clear visibility of resourcing, costing of functional and be managing budgets, planning, contracts management, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Assuring that business and project management processes are followed within your engineering programme team.
• Building and maintaining robust integrated plans with all stakeholders involved.
• Maintaining a credible resource and financial plan.
• Assuring that internal resourcing and external engineering service supplier activities are launched in line with the plan and managed in accordance with the company's policy and processes.
• Proactively managing the collation & reporting of key performance indicators to ensure that the 1YL business management data is readily available for effective performance management.
• Supporting 1YL with the implementation of Business / Project Management best practices and enabling a culture of continuous improvement.

Core Skills:

• Experienced in Business Management and/or Project Management.
• Ability to be flexible, pragmatic and have an analytical style of working.
• Willingness to challenge the norm and learn / continuously improve.

Desirable Skills:

• Hold a current SC security clearance.
• Previous experience working with the Aerospace or Defence sector.
