About the Role:
We have fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Investment team and help deliver our goal of 2000 new affordable homes over the next 10 years.
As Project Manager, you will support the team to identify and secure new development opportunities across the West of England and Sedgemoor. Your role will include appraising and progressing these schemes through into approval and contract before handing over to our delivery team. You will be focusing on affordable tenures only.
The schemes will comprise a range of opportunities including:
• S106 schemes.
• Land-led sites.
• Package deals with developers.
• Off the shelf purchases.
• Regeneration schemes and repurposing of our existing land ownerships.

About You:
We are looking for someone who understands the full development process from planning, contract negotiation, risk assessment to financial appraisal.
An excellent communicator and negotiator, you will have strong financial literacy, commercial awareness and understanding on how to develop a risk management framework.
