Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing our major projects and Master Developer schemes, contributing to the creation of exceptional places. Your project management expertise will be instrumental in steering holistic schemes, with responsibility for the delivery and long-term management of new physical and social infrastructure. Additionally, our teams produce serviced land parcels for home builders and commercial operators, allowing them to focus on their core operations.
Achieving agreed financial and non-financial targets is crucial in our collaborations with clients and partners. As a leader of project teams both internally and externally, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, providing comprehensive reporting to client teams, key stakeholders, and local communities. Motivated to challenge the status quo, you will ensure quality and identify operational/value enhancements for the scheme.
