Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager, Senior Engineer or similar looking to take a step in an exciting direction with a company that can offer immediate progression opportunities within their newly opened office and benefit from working for a reputable company in their specialist sectors.

This company specialise in mechanical and electrical contracting services across a range of sectors such as plumbing and heating, air conditioning and electrical with now opening a new office up further North. They have ambitious growth plans to expand into their new office and grow wider as a company.

In this role you will be working out of the companies new office and build a new engineering division, this will see you being responsible for overseeing different projects, estimating costs for projects and managing a wider team. This is hybrid role where you will be in the office and on-site, eventually the successful candidate will be fully office based.

The ideal candidate will come from a project management, Senior Engineer or similar role where they are now looking to step into a role that is offering management, career progression and development.

The role:

* Managing different projects to ensure costs, quality and programmes are met with company standards

* Reading project plans, taking measurements and quantities

* Making visits to construction sites to assess progress and provide clear direction to the project team

* Onboarding and creating an engineering team

The Person:

* Fully Qualified in plumbing (gas)

* Previous experience working in a project management role or similar

* Previous experience within the commercial heating sector

* Full UK driving license
