Role Overview: We're on the lookout for an exceptional Project Manager to join their Educational Business team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of our consulting projects and supporting our accredited programs, including the executive Masters. You'll collaborate with diverse teams and maintain top-notch client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage closely with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and project objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and subject matter experts to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain transparent communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and exceed client expectations.
- Conduct regular project reviews, evaluations, and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
Proposal Management:
- Work closely with sales teams to grasp clients' requirements outlined in RFPs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather insights into client expectations, preferences, and success criteria.
- Define project scope accurately, ensuring alignment with client needs and feasibility.
- Draft clear and concise proposal sections related to project management, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Articulate the project management methodology to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within a consulting firm.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with sales and leadership development is advantageous.
Salary Expectation: £42,000
Bonus Expectation: An increase in pay per annum, triggered by achieving a targeted amount of apprenticeship starts in 2024, effective 01/01/2024.
