The Department of Chemical Engineering are seeking a Project Manager to join the recently funded EPSRC Sustainable Manufacturing Hub ‘CARMA’ (Cellular Agriculture Manufacturing Hub). The hub has the vision to transform food production, transitioning to an environmentally, economically, and socially sustainable model in which novel cellular agriculture (Cell Ag) manufacturing systems complement traditional food production.
You will liaise with all researchers in CARMA and across academic institutions and partners, to help ensure the effective delivery of the research programme and maximise research impact across all activities. You’ll coordinate the day-to-day management of the programme grant and facilitate effective and productive interaction between researchers. You will also be responsible for reporting to stakeholders and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure compliance with contractual and funding obligations.

This is a full time position, Fixed Term for 3 years. However, the department could consider a part time arrangement working a minimum of 0.8 FTE.
