Meraki Talent’s Institutional Fund Management client is actively looking for a Project Manager (Front Office & Investments) to join their highly successful change team as the business continues to explore new and exciting investment strategies. This is a new and exciting position that will suit a delivery focused Project Manager who wants to be hands on and personally deliver. Someone who has worked directly within a fund management house, working directly alongside the Front Office. Either someone earlier in the career with 2 – 4 years experience, or someone more experienced with a longer track record of delivery, looking for a new career platform. This is a ‘business’ PM as opposed to an ‘IT’ PM, and our client is looking for PMs that have a good grounding and knowledge of the asset classes within. This role will not suit someone looking to be hands off, remote, or that wishes to be oversight, PMO etc.
 
Responsibilities of theProject Manager (Front Office & Investments)
  
- Planning and delivery of the whole lifecycle for projects
- Leading cross functional change teams
- Agreeing budgets for projects and controlling costs
- Identifying and monitoring project risks coupled with project planning
- Managing senior stakeholders across the Front Office
- Managing project reviews at appropriate points, during and after projects
  
Background of the Project Manager (Front Office & Investments):
  
- Experience working as an and to end Project/Change Manager within an asset management house is essential
- Experience working directly within or alongside the Front Office is essential
- Ability to manage multiple projects at same time
- Exposure to fund/product launches handy
- Strong grounding in asset classes and fund types
- Happy to work in the London office 50% of the month (Non-negotiable)
