As a Project Manager Global Custody Operations - Vice President in the Custody Operations team, you will be positioned at the forefront of data-driven change, equipped with market-leading tools and enjoying freedom, at all levels, to continuously re-design the environment in which we operates. you will have a leadership opportunity, to shape the future on behalf of Operations colleagues.
Job responsibilities
- Champions, shapes and delivers a high-performing change culture in the organization
- Identifies transformation opportunities and builds robust business cases to secure buy-in
- Mobilizes teams, manages resourcing and ensures team members engage with best-in-class training
- Designs and implements robust governance frameworks, with clear roles and responsibilities
- Owns the end-end delivery of initiatives, project manages associated deliverables and cascade status updates regularly
- Develops and persists high quality project assets – including status reports, project updates, deep dive materials
- Builds trusted partnerships, influences and collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders globally
- Captures, measures and communicates the impact of your work through innovative quantitative and qualitative measures
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Extensive project management experience, with Financial Services experience
- A solid track record of delivering high-quality change projects with measurable impacts, on-time and in-budget
- A stand-out approach to storytelling; strong ability to break down complex topics into digestible and outstanding verbal / visual stories
- Experience in embedding change skills, capabilities and behaviors in an organisation
- A challenger mentality – works curiously and adopts new approaches to working, coaching others to follow suit
- A collaborative spirit, works inclusively and shares learning with others
