They are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to assist with projects within Transformation & Op Ex team. Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm you will need to be office based in Chester 3 days a week with 2 days working from home.Daily duties include: Change lead to coordinate activities across Front Office, Operations, Technology and other support partners. Work with end users to define functional requirements and prepare User Acceptance Testing Manage User Acceptance Testing execution and Production parallel activities. Track and convey delivery status. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Central point of contact/co-ordinator for a single or multiple Line of Business program of work. Accountable for the adherence to Enterprise Change Standards for every Use Case under your remit. Chair a weekly or Bi-Weekly Line of Business progress update call. Update program leads on the current status of your Use Cases Provide input into larger Program routines.Skills and Abilities Track record of delivering complex projects to plan. Knowledge of structured project management methods covering planning, status tracking, risk & issue management and status reporting Background of operational processing within Global Markets Presentable, confident and stakeholder focused, ability to manage and conduct discussions with stakeholders and support partners, at varying levels of seniority, in a confident manner. Excellent communications skills Working knowledge of testing within Jira. Background of partnering with SMEs for requirements gathering, test preparation and test execution Ability to work under pressure in a team environment. Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Able to manage own time and know when to escalate. Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions. Background in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business. Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base.
