Job Description: Project Manager - Installations
Overview:
Due to continued growth, EE Homes is currently seeking an experienced Eco Installation Manager to join our dynamic team in Coventry. We are a leading company in the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) industry, dedicated to delivering sustainable solutions.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and well-organized professional to join our expanding team as an Eco Installation Manager. In this role, you will oversee the entire installation process, managing tasks from job assignment to coordination with both internal and external installation partners, ensuring successful project completion and handover to the customer.
Collaborating closely with our Retrofit Assessor and Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of compliant and high-quality energy-efficient projects. Your responsibilities will encompass scheduling, material stock management, quality assurance, compliance, evidence capture, and the ultimate sign-off of projects, preparing them for submission to our funding partners.
In addition to your project management duties, effective communication and collaboration will be key aspects of your role. You will engage with customers, lead generators, installer partners, merchants, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless cooperation, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery. Maintaining meticulous records and evidence of project delivery, you will input data accurately into internal systems, manage documentation, and facilitate transparent communication with peers and the board of directors.
Core Responsibilities:
· Lead the management of installation processes across diverse projects, ensuring both timely completion and adherence to stringent quality standards.
· Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to efficiently schedule installations and promptly address any arising issues.
· Supervise and guide a team of installers, offering support throughout the entire installation process.
· Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements, ensuring meticulous adherence to proper installation procedures.
· Monitor project progress diligently and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in communication.
· Maintain precise records of project details, encompassing timelines, materials utilized, and any alterations or modifications.
· Analyse and meticulously prepare ECO submission paperwork in strict accordance with Ofgem guidelines.
· Accurately input pertinent information into internal databases and CRM systems for comprehensive record-keeping.
· Generate insurance guarantees and warranties for installed products through external portals.
Key Requirements & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role within the Eco industry.
- Demonstrated experience in either project management or installation management.
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills, showcasing an adept ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and a keen understanding of best practices for installation processes.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools to streamline processes.
- Strong ability to multitask and adeptly prioritize workload demands.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of work.

Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
