ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a well-known and highly respected contractor within the commercial fit out market. Based in Harrow and a specialist in an array of interior works, ranging from Bespoke Joinery, Partitioning, Washrooms, Ceilings, Flooring and architectural glazing and Metalwork.
With a proven track record based on quality and successful project delivery, they boast an impressive list of clients including Mace, Sir Robert McAlpine and ISG and have notably featured on a range of London’s major construction schemes, by providing first class interiors packages from design stages through to installation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Management of contract values £500k to £6m
- Reports to the Director.
- Ensure that strategies and plans developed and implemented to grow the business in line with agreed regional business objectives.
- Manage Client relationships.
- Ensure the staff and labour are recruited, trained and managed such that a motivated work force is achieved.
- Ensure that all that plans are developed and deployed and the business controlled such that the business financial targets and objectives are met.
- Quantify all business and project risk such that senior personal are informed and that the business risk is identified and managed within agreed and acceptable boundaries.
- Ensure that all information is controlled and entered into the appropriate systems such that an accurate view of the financial performance is communicated and maintained.
- Responsible for the safety and welfare of all staff and subcontractors within their control under the strict observance of our client’s safety policy.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS

REQUIREMENTS
The projects my client carry out are completed with competence, precision and integrity and you must be able to represent and uphold these standards. You will be expected to have experience with High End Fitout and be familiar with current software and Microsoft Office Suite.
