Are you an organised, hardworking, and action oriented manufacturing / engineering professional with project management experience or wanting to make the leap from an engineering / manufacturing operations role into project management?
We are looking for an adaptable engineer with a mechanical or electrical background and experience of successful roll-out of electrical or mechanically biased projects into manufacturing sites globally.
As Project Manager, you will support and guide manufacturing projects to successful and timely conclusion in collaboration with the talented R&D Engineering team based Kingswinford, West Midlands and remote Stiltz manufacturing facilities globally.

What you will do:
- Ensure the timely delivery of projects and successful introduction into manufacturing
- Ensure that tasks are progressed by removing obstacles and highlighting potential issues between concurrent project
- Liaise closely with Stiltz manufacturing (overseas external site) to effectively communicate project handover and subsequent implementation into Stiltz manufacturing facilities
- Conduct project status meetings and communicate updates to key stakeholders
Your Strengths:
- Project Management Mastery: excellent organisation skills with a high attention to detail to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery
- Technical Proficiency: competent in Agile / SCRUM / PMP / Prince 2 or similar methodologies
- Problem-Solving Expertise: tackle challenges head-on with your analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability: navigate evolving project requirements with the ability to push projects to completion
What you will need to succeed:
- Degree / HND / HNC in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Demonstrable experience of project output and delivery
- An understanding of production processes and assembly best practices
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
