Our local authority client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team and lead property-related projects focusing on decarbonisation for the housing stock and corporate properties. You'll drive the Corporate and Asset Management Strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver decarbonisation projects ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Prepare project documents: initiation, briefs, plans, and risk registers.
- Manage contractors and internal teams for efficient project delivery.
- Ensure high-quality contract management and procurement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Conduct project feasibilities and option appraisals.
- Organize project management meetings and report on individual projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing property and construction projects up to £2M.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation in construction.
- Degree or HNC/HND in construction or equivalent.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
- Willingness to study for a CIH Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
