Our client, a leading organisation in the rail communications sector, is currently seeking a SISS Project Manager to oversee projects throughout the UK. This permanent role involves managing projects from inception to completion, focusing on SISS (Station Information Surveillance Systems) installations as a Tier 2/Tier 3 subcontracting organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing SISS projects from inception to completion
- Overseeing installations as a Tier 2/Tier 3 subcontracting organisation
- Ensuring the successful delivery of CCTV, PA, CIS, Access Control, and SMS systems
- Managing change and compensation events effectively
- Comprehensive planning and reporting
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintaining high standards of safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
Job Requirements:
- Experience in SISS communications or electrical station installation
- Proficiency in managing CCTV, PA, CIS, Access Control, and SMS installations
- Knowledge of managing change and compensation events
- Excellent planning and reporting abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Understanding of compliance and safety standards within the rail communications sector
