Project Manager - Partnership Working - UK wide

As part of our exciting expansion plans, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee Partnership Working projects between the National Health Service (NHS) and Life Science partners.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the execution of projects that aim to foster innovation, enhance patient healthcare delivery, and drive positive outcomes for both the healthcare sector and the Life Science industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, addressing any deviations and implementing corrective actions
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders from the NHS and Life Science partners
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimise impact on project deliverables.
- Monitor and report all events via our QMS in line with CQC/ABPI and GDPR requirements
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure all project objectives are achieved in full and on time
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are delivered on time and in full.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in collaborative projects involving the NHS and or Life Science industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and the Life Science landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements GDPR, ABPI, and CQC
- Project Management qualification (Prince 2, ADP or equivalent)
- IT Literate with experience in Microsoft Systems Microsoft Project experience
- ABPI qualification would be an advantage
- Full Drivers Licence (no more than 6 points)
