My industry leading client, is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to work on the most prestigious rail project in the North East.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall delivery of the project
- Manage and coordinate multi disciplines throughout the design and delivery process
- Liaison with and coordinate interaction between design, construction etc
- Ensure all planning conditions are met and adhered to
- Be responsible for managing budgets, including preparation of future section proposals
- Develop and manage the detailed delivery programmes and report on milestones
- Produce periodic reports capturing all the above
Candidate Requirements:
- Civil engineering degree or equivalent
- Proven experience working as PM or Senior Agent on Civil Engineering or Rail projects
- Temporary works knowledge
- Commercially astute
- PTS/CSCS - Advantageous
